Al-Ahmad stressed that "open" is not to break with the "Hamas", and that the call will be directed to all Palestinian factions to attend the opening of the Conference of the "open" seventh session.

On the other hand, Al-Ahmad denied the existence of any tension in the "open" in Cairo relations, and stressed that normal relations and communication between the two parties based never ceased.
